Detenido con drogas y objetos robados
Los hechos se remontan al 30 de mayo pasado, cuando una mujer, dedicada a brindar servicios de masajes en su residencia ubicada en Ciudad de la Paz al 500, en el barrio de Colegiales, fue víctima de un violento ataque por parte de un individuo que se había comunicado previamente con ella a través de Telegram, solicitando una sesión de masajes.
El agresor ingresó al domicilio aparentando ser un cliente, pero, de manera sorpresiva, agredió a la masajista hasta dejarla inconsciente. Posteriormente, sustrajo una computadora portátil y se dio a la fuga.
La Comisaría Vecinal 13 C de la Policía de la Ciudad intervino inmediatamente, solicitando asistencia médica para la víctima, quien fue trasladada al Hospital Pirovano con graves lesiones, incluyendo traumatismo encéfalo craneal, heridas cortantes en el cuero cabelludo y pérdida de piezas dentales.
La investigación fue encomendada a la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 42, a cargo del Dr. Carlos Arturo Velarde, y supervisada por la secretaría de la Dra. Gabriela Samanta Fabiani. La División Investigaciones Comunales 13 de la Policía de la Ciudad asumió la responsabilidad de llevar a cabo las pesquisas.
La identificación del agresor se basó en las comunicaciones registradas en la red social utilizada para el contacto, además del hallazgo de un guante térmico olvidado en el lugar del hecho. Con esta información crucial, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 5, a cargo del Dr. Manuel Arturo De Campos, dispuso allanamientos en dos domicilios situados en Núñez y Chacarita.
El sujeto fue detenido durante estos operativos, y en su poder se encontraron la computadora portátil sustraída, un guante térmico de características específicas, un teléfono celular modelo iPhone 6, y un total de dos kilogramos de marihuana.
La rápida y efectiva acción policial permitió no solo identificar y capturar al agresor, sino también recuperar la propiedad robada y secuestrar sustancias prohibidas, poniendo de manifiesto el compromiso de las fuerzas de seguridad con la resolución de casos de esta índole. El detenido queda a disposición de la justicia para responder por los delitos imputados.
